We are writing to share an important update regarding your employee assistance program (EAP) online platforms, WorkHealthLife.com and MyEAP. Following the acquisition of LifeWorks by TELUS in 2022, our online services to access the EAP are transitioning to a new platform, TELUS Health One. This change is effective today.
Here is how you can access this new EAP platform:

With TELUS Health One, you will continue to have access to the same services and professionals as before, but also to new features that will help support your wellbeing, including:
- A comprehensive app, with direct access to a vast and diverse team of experts
- Searchable online library of EAP content, including articles, videos, podcasts and more
- Self-guided wellbeing programs
What does this mean for you?
- The phone number used to connect with your EAP remains the same.
- WorkHealthLife.com and MyEAP, your current EAP online resources, will be retired by the end of March 2024. At that moment, you will be redirected to TELUS Health One to access your EAP.
- Data collected through the TELUS Health One platform will continue to be treated securely, respectfully, and in compliance with all of TELUS legal and customer obligations. Learn more about TELUS privacy commitment here.
